Spend less time on repetitive tasks
We connect tools and introduce AI where it serves a clear purpose. The starting point is an existing workflow, with attention to the people using it and the information moving through it.
We first distinguish tasks that follow clear rules from those that need judgement. A useful automation has a defined input, an expected output and someone responsible when it cannot complete a step. AI is included only where it adds value to that workflow.
What we can deliver
Workflow review and automation opportunities. We map the current steps, handoffs and repeated work to identify a suitable first use case.
A defined automation scope. The scope specifies inputs, outputs, triggers, responsibilities and the conditions that require review.
Connections between agreed tools. Integrations move the required information between the selected systems using the available interfaces.
AI-assisted steps where appropriate. Tasks such as classification, extraction or drafting can use AI when the output can be checked appropriately.
Testing, error handling and human review points. We consider missing data, failed connections, duplicate inputs and cases that should return to a person.
Documentation and handover. Clear instructions explain how to operate the workflow, inspect a failed run and make routine changes.
Examples can include organising incoming enquiries, preparing drafts or moving information between systems. The final workflow depends on your tools, permissions and requirements.
How we work
We review realistic examples with the people who perform the task. Together we identify the source of each input, the required permissions and the decisions that must remain with a person. A focused prototype tests the most uncertain part before the workflow is expanded.
The first working version is tested against ordinary and exceptional cases. We agree how failures are surfaced, where outputs are reviewed and how to pause the workflow. Before handover, your team checks the results against the actual task and confirms the operating responsibilities.
Stay in control
The handover records connected tools, account ownership, review steps and known limitations. We clarify where information is sent and which external services the workflow depends on. Changes to source data, APIs or provider behaviour may require adjustments, so monitoring and maintenance responsibilities are agreed explicitly.
