About these terms
These terms apply to the Sanna Lind Studio website, including its portfolio, service information and project scope calculator. The studio offers web design and development, product design, brand identity, digital marketing, AI and automation, and product maintenance. Paid services are governed by a separate written project agreement.
Using this website
You may browse the website and use its content to evaluate a potential collaboration. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material or copy and redistribute content without permission. If you contact us, please provide accurate details relevant to your enquiry.
Portfolio and intellectual property
Website designs, text and visual assets belong to the studio or their respective rights holders unless stated otherwise. Client names, trademarks and project materials remain the property of their owners. Portfolio examples may include concept work and illustrative demonstrations. Browsing the portfolio does not grant a licence to reuse its content or assets.
Estimates and project enquiries
The scope calculator provides an initial estimate based on the services and options you select. Prices, delivery times and projected outcomes are indicative and may change with the final requirements. Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not create a contract or reserve a delivery slot. We confirm scope, fees, payment terms, ownership and delivery dates in writing before work begins.
Project delivery and results
Each engagement has agreed deliverables, review stages and client responsibilities. Timely access to content, feedback and approvals helps keep the schedule on track. Additional requests or changes to the agreed scope may affect cost and timing. Case study metrics and calculator projections illustrate specific scenarios and do not guarantee future revenue, conversion or other business results.
